I like all your mask pics, Joggie, but this is my favourite. I like the angle and the colours. The lighting looks like it is lit by firelight.I can imagine someone wearing this and dancing around the fire to the beat of the jungle drums. Cheers, Ann.

Hi Chris - this is actually a welcoming mask as the open eyes signifies. Masks with closed eyes, even without peeping holes are used as prayer masks. The warring masks will often have a grimace and frowns on the forehead.
