This is a great composition. I like the way the textures draw the eye from the rocks at the front through the mountains to the lovely sky. Wonderful.

Great shot. I like seeing the foreground elements (snow, rocks, etc.) in the photo as they give the background some anchoring to your location and provide a sense of scale. I think you could crop a bit of the sky off. It might provide greater emphasis to Mt. Baker in the distance.
