About Got here at the wrong time of the day - difficult lighting, not quite satisfied with the result. Composite of multiple shots.

Carol:

Someone let me borrow it, and I picked it up as well as a telephoto. I'd recommend the lens to anyone except not having a thread filter scares me a little since there is no protection against drops and scratches.

It's bigger and fatter than I would have thought, but works well.

Really helps getting a full kit - I can now hike around with 12 mm - 1000 mm ranges covered as well as a small macro lens.

Really digging IR - especially the panoramics in IR. I can see you had really good success there as well.

You did a great job on a slow exposure in bright light! So, how do you like your Sigma wide angle? I've been making googly eyes at that lens... :-)

Hugo:

The composite seam is up where the bright sunlight meets everything else in shadow.

Hi Michael, yes, the lighting isvery difficult, but I think you did well, not overly overexposing the sky. I guess it took quite some rework reviving the dark parts? Love the veil created by the water, though. Where the water hits the rock the composite image is revealed, I think, but only if you look really well. Good work!

Cheers,

Hugo

Strong composition, and the water rushing over the rocks is wonderful. Love the warm color, very well done!
