Yes it rain a lot when we were there this spring also. Maybe we were there at the sametime. We where there around Mermorial Day. Excellent photograph and capture.

I am glad you have the sky the way it is in this shot. The blues contrast so well with the colors of the rocks which contrasts so well with the rich greens of the trees. The sky having more than its share of the "rule of 1/3rd's" gives a feeling of a wide open area and the cloud's formations echo the shape of the rocks. Well done. Mom
