A really 'in your face' photo with great impact - like it a lot.

Your images are always so great and well thought out, it's hard to find anything constructive to say about any of your images.. however, this particular one I find to be much less three dimensional that I would expect. The wide angle and lack of graduated lighting of the contours tends to make this image look like 2 flat planes.. the boat one plane, and the background, the second plane.

Perhaps it's just the "too" perfect triangle shape the boat makes which lends to the brain reducing it's effectiveness and interpreting it as three dimensions.

Then again, I could be completely wrong.. it's just my immediate observation.

I do like the little finishing touch of the bow protruding just enough over the background mountains.
