Thank you both for your comments. I had no idea there was a real distinction between toadstools and mushrooms. Thanks for the instruction. I have no idea if this guy is edible or not. I wouldn't chance it.

No my friend! This is a magic mushroom. Please note the "cafe con leche" color of the top and the distinctive black/grey fins at the bottom. Unwhittingly your title is perfect.
