Very good concept - well executed.
My only suggestion would be to keep the mouth pink and red as a color highlight (don't desaturate completely)

Hi Hugo, thanks for your comment! Concerning the post processing: the digital image was created from a negative scan, I needed some levels adjustment to retrieve the same high key effect as present in the printed version.

Hi Hermen, Eventhough I feel the primary subject is a bit too close to the edge, it certainly does use the high key to the max. Very well handled shot, as I don't presume you applied a lot of post processing tricks to achieve this effect. Imporessive!
