The backgrounds a fixture, the machine weighs about 100lb, I'm lazy. I'm just weird. I liked the background cos I know what it is. But looking at it from other peoples perspective, I can see what you're saying, which is one of the reasons we do this usefilm thing, to get other peoples slants on our slices of art/view.Cheers! p.s.(Ihope that doesn't read as to far up myself!!!)

I agree with Scott, Do try it again with a plain background and it will probably look amazing, keep up the creativity dude!

Nice concept. Unfortunately for my eyes, the background is too intense. I keep wanting to look at the background, but due to the low DOF and blurryness , the background is tough to look at straight. If you can take the photo again, try it with a little smaller aperture. I would be curious to see how that looks.
