I've been wanting a telephoto lens also to take wildlife pictures also. This photography getting quite expensive but its worth it. Maybe for my birthday. I like to have a better zoom lens too. What to do? Great shot and capture looks like the surfer was right next to you.

can feel the concentration and almost a sense of frustration, I think the background lends itself to the feel. The foreground feels like a glint of a promise of the next wave, If that person would look up.
