About
This photograph taught me the value of patience in photography. I drove to this bridge about 45 minutes before sunset. Parked my car about half a mile away and walked to this bridge. It was cloudy near the horizon. I took as many as I could before the sun hid behind the clouds. Assuming that that was the last sight of the sun, I packed up for the day and walked back to my car. Fifteen minutes after, I left the bridge I saw what could have been the best sunset I have seen in Houston. ( uploaded photo in the first comment)
What a nice image. Great choice of sepia. I love things like this that just sort of "appear" out of nowhere. Great find. How did you upload the photo in that wide landscape mode? Really catches the eye.
U gotto be kidding me jessica....houston in summer is something i wud love to get away from...this bridge is just about 50 yards east of the highway 288. If I could catch some old timers maybe they wud have a story to tell.
