Interesting set-up, Paolo.
Were the models under your control, or is this how you found them? If the latter, you have done a great job with the framing to place them in this way.
If, however, you could reposition them, for the title given, the head would need to be closer to the mouth...

Fantastic! I love the dof and the subtle grain works so well.
Just a suggestion--maybe clone out the small band around the models neck in the bottom left corner.
