Splendida immagine minimale. Cromia suggestiva. Ottima la scelta del punto di vista leggermente più basso del tuo modello. Complimenti anche al modello che è rimasto immobile per tutta l'esposizione... Premio meritatissimo. Ciao. Gianluca

Gorgeous...so peaceful and it's like you are waiting for something important. I especially love the angelical color/mood and the silky-smoothness given by the long exposure.: )

Thanks, Fabrizio! I've seen more then couple sunrises and mormings on the ocean, this one was really special. Light area near horizon was so weird, like something was comming to ward shore: storm, rain, wind, whatever. And it didn't. Actually when I came to the shore, well before sunrise (~ 4.30 A.M.) sky was clear, clouds came from land latter. So, this light pinkish colored line is far mist over ocean lighted better then area where I'm standing. Anyway, it was unique view. And because of this shot, vacation was successfull.... :)

David, I shot only view first, then I previewed result (DSLR) thought about perfect spot to stand, started timer and ran. Actually it's sandy area with constant waves going over it. I simply looked at some shell on the sand where I'll be standing and ran there after trigering timer. Of course beautiful model will make this image MUCH better!!!!! :))))

Gorgeous. The subtle variations of color, divided by the narrow band of brightness at the distance horizon makes a beautiful abstract. The inclusion of yourself adds scale and another level of interest. It also allows the equal horizontal division to work. The placement is perfect; how did you know were to stand?

Andrea, right, sink deeper.... :) It's o funny I was sinking into it no matter how hard I tried to avoid it. Even with beach chair I got motion blur because of this damn sand.... :)

This is a great picture! I just added some beach photos from a trip to Destin, Fl. I know what you mean about the sand/waves moving you, it kept making us sink deeper :) Lovely light and great job with this picture! 7 easily.

Excellent photo Stan... The mistiness of the water through the long exposure has worked really well... and you did amazingly well to stand so still! Well done!!!
