Rafael...I'm glad everything came back to good status on your family . I too love Paris....whenever you have Paris pictures send them. It's my preferred city. I go there very often too.
I have some more Russia pictures which I will be adding from time to time.
thanks...bye..

Alberto, I'm really enjoying you photos of Russia.
This looks like a lovely spot. Too bad the light was so flat...this would have been really nice with some pretty light.
I played with this using levels in PS and brought out some of the details in the sky and trees. Also, rotated it just a tiny bit to straighted it. Hope you don't mind!

So you gradually show me Russia in you excellent photos and I try to show you Paris. Thank you, Alberto, for your detailed comment on my "In Monet's garden 1."
I had no choice but to love Paris, as my wife, Rachel's daughter, her husband and their children stayed there from time to time.
One of these times was particulatrly bad, as our son in law contracted leukemia. He was saved, more or less at the last moment when an annonymous bone-marrow donor was found in Milan, Italy. A few months ago we celebrated his 10th anniversary of being "reborn." Now he is well on his way to becoming a professor of microbiology.
Best regards,
Rafi
