About bear lake colorado, in rocky mountain NP just below longs peak, the water in the gorges were really flowing, bear lake was so crystal clear and glassy, wonderful reflection and slight addition of the rocks under the surface. very beautiful veiw even though a storm was coming in fast... let me know with this one, i was trying a couple new techniques on correction

Hi Phillip, I'm glad I read your comments or I might have missed the rocks underwater. That is one detail I really love in all wide-angle waterscapes, subtle foreground detail combined with beautiful scenery - two images for the price of one! Looking at the clouds the light really wasn't in your favour here, but you have managed to achieve a beautiful photograph. Either the original photograph was very good, or your 'corrections' worked miracles. I prefer to think you did a great job with the camera in the first place!

Congrats on a great image,
Regards
Steve.
