I have an other picture .. "Mountains" and that was taken within 15 minutes of each-other. The sky really was that wild crazy blue. It had just snowed and this was the first day of sun and it was amazing. the sun was coming in and out of the remainder of the clouds and playing with the lighting conditions. I did augment it a bit, but not more than I "remember". I will have your words in my head the next time I post one of the mountain pictures though. Thank you Yigal :-)

Beautiful countryside presetned in a lovley composition. The blue in the hills does make it look more like a painting.

Wow Mark, very beautiful country, is easy to see why you like to photograpgh it.

The blue doesn't bother me, I felt it was God produced rather than man...........hmmmmmmm

Terrific composition and detail. I love the way the stream pulls the eye into the scene. The blue is indeed a bit distracting, but if you were indeed working in the selective color function as Yigal suggests, you should be able to use a negative saturation to bring it back in line. ;)

Well well, the blue color in the selective color function was enhanced too much to my humble opinion. You should balance the colors gently.
Nice picture.
