About	Just happened to catch this little girl holding onto her dad's pocket at the county fair. Wish I could blur out more of the background. I'm new to Photoshop... hints anyone?

The background looks blurred enough...maybe what you are seeing is that the focus falls away from the girl and her dad and onto the colorful background objects. If you want to, play around with the PS clone tool to get rid of the red outfit in the background...it is a lot of real estate to clone, but you could try and see. If you do that, try to clone the reddish spot in the upper left corner. It is a fun capture. Good luck with PS.
