Darlene: This is a lovely portrait. The eyes are wonderful.
I keep looking longingly at the 500 and 600 lenses. The 600, I believe, is too large for my style but I tried a 500 from Canon with the 2x and really liked it. How did you arrive at your choice?

WOW, if i didn't know the gear you were using i'd say this bloke walked over the top of you laying in the grass and was shot with a wide angle lens. knowing the gear you have makes this shot even better considering the lens, TC and conversion for digital CCD this was taken with over a 1000mm lens and is pin sharp. fantastic my friend
