This photo has so many things wrong with it. For a start the viewpoint from above is totally wrong. Portraying movement by blurring all the detail is a risky trial and error. A ballerina on a stage would not warrant a second glance if portrayed in the same way. If you cannot get your viewpoint right change it. Movement is portrayed by body position and is insinuated not pasted on like a racing car at a Grand Prix.

Wonderful shot, fullo of movement, Melody.
Seems you had a high ISO setting on, generating a lot of noise. A lower setting could have given you even more movement.
But, nevertheless, excellent framing and composition.
