Thanks for your comment Alison. I have settled down a bit, but not to a boring life. :) It takes a lot of time in the office to process images, so I'm not traveling as much as I'd like to. I was just in South Africa for the month of March after a month in East Africa, and thoroughly enjoyed my time back in Africa.

I enjoyed going through your portfolio and hearing your excitement as you described various shots. I can relate to your experience with the cheetahs. On my 2002 trip to South Africa, I went to the Cango Wildlife Ranch & Cheetahland in Oudtshoorn, and got to visit with some young cheetahs. It was great fun!

I am SOOOO jealous. To experience these magnificent creatures would be a dream come true for me.
I wonder if you are still travelling or have you settled down to a boring life

Okay, James...I think you can count yourself, officially, as one of the luckiest people on earth..! What a job...and you get paid for it?

I am very motivated by the quality of your work and the treatment of the locations around the world...well done and I hope to comment further soon. I will be leaving for the east coast of Sri Lanka over the next couple of weeks..I would love the opportunity to ask some questions on storage of images in remote places etc.

Cheers for now

Wow! Very good and sensitive portrait. Beautiful catchlights and wonderful details in the dark fur.

You are very lucky to have been to this wonderful location! Was this purely pleasure, or part of work? And pray tell us who you organized this with!
