I really want to go to Denmark. Actually...it might be nice to live there for a little while. I'd really like to learn Danish. I need to organize my pics on my computer. They're in the most random files. It's sad. Swedish chocolate is the best chocolate in the world! I had a friend who went to Germany and brought me back some Swedish chocolate. She got a thank you card. ^_^ I try not to scratch DVD's, but sometimes when you rent them they're scratched a little. I always clean them before I watch them. Let's see...I have an IBM Thinkpad R40. I think that's what it's called. They're discontinuing (SP?) it though. Very sad. They're good little laptops.

Yeah, I've been to Copenhagen quite a few times. Actually feel like I know it pretty good. I have some GREAT shots of it but they're all on slides and I've been so lazy that I've just been scanning prints. I'll get to my slides soon...Anxiety attack time (if you saw how much photo work I have to organize - don't EVEN want to think about it. I love the shooting part - not the organizing part AT ALL.) Anyway, back to Denmark. My best / closest cousin - Joanna - lives in Malmo (which is in Sweden but has more to do with Denmark than Sweden I think.) and since they built that bridge / tunnel combo a few years back (called "the Link" I think) Malmo's only 30 minutes away so it's ALMOST one city now. It's a pretty cool city, Copenhagen. I always stay by the railroad station then some blocks down the "Walking Street" begins. Lots of good resturants and there's ALWAYS the famous beer - Carlsburg - good stuff. BTW, it's probably, next to Amsterdam, the most liberal city in Europe so when you go be prepared - LOL. Yeah, I agree with you on the British spelling thing and on the DVD thing too but you're not suppose to SCRATCH them - but they do beat VHS tapes big time. BTW, what brand / model of laptop do you have?

No, I just like British spellings. Some words are just more natural spelled the British way. Some words are more natural the American way. Just depends on my mood, I suppose. My grandma did live in GB for one year though, as did my mother. I'm mostly Danish. I really want to go to Denmark. Have you ever been there? My school /requires/ every student to have a laptop. So...I know computers pretty well. Yes, I would rather talk on the phone as well, but then my parents yell at me for tying up the line. ^_^ Hmmm...I like DVDs, but they can be really annoying if they have a scratch.

OK, good, you had me on the verge of an anxiety attack. The point I was making with computers is I see the teens around here using computers SO effortlessly like they have a TOTAL handle on them. For some reason, my brain fights certain aspects of the computer, IOW, I just don't seem 100% comfortable with some stuff (like E-mail. I'd MUCH RATHER talk to someone on the phone) but that's because the stuff that slightly bothers me are the more artificial aspects of the computer. On balance I think it's a positive thing but not 100% the way I feel about DVD's for example. To get back to Karls eyelids, just clone the top edge with the little circle down over and over so it looks like his eyes are totally closed. That's what I would do with PS (just a little touch up) BTW, what's with the British spelling on some of your words (Favorite / Favourite). Hays sounds like it could be English / British but did you go to school there or something? Just curious (your Grandmother holding Rudy looks like she could be British so that was another piece of the puzzle to be solved by Detective MJB)

Of course I know what photoshop is! I use it on a lot of my photographs. Haha...Mark, stop jumping to conclusions. And believe it or not, I was born before the internet. Sure, there was usenet or something, but not the internet. 1989, babeey. I actually bought my photoshop program really cheap because I got a student discount. I think it was $70. I just wasn't sure what to use in photoshop to make Karl's eye look better. Silly.

Photo Shop my dear. I just getting to know it (PLEASE don't tell me you haven't heard of it. It's the biggest change in photography in the last 50 years or more) So you could "clone" Karl's eyelid further down so his eye looks totally closed (you could get rid of that little bright line too) You're 15. Unlike me, you grew up around computers your whole life - I had to learn and "accept them" - have a love / hate thing going with them - more love , but still...... If you don't have photoshop on your computer you better run to Compusa or Bestbuy and pick one up TODAY. You can't do photography without Photo Shop anymore (well, you can but NO ONE does). So, are you telling me you didn't know what PS was? (wait, let me sit down first).................

I like it but what's going on with his eye? That's the one area that throws me off (maybe do some slight PS on it, no?) Mark PS. Nine Inch Nails out ("With Teeth") next Tuesday I believe (Robert Plant too - suppose to be a very good CD, Led Zeppelinish mixed with Arabic music. Guy's ALWAYS up to something interesting. He's just an old hippie)
