Everyhting is this shot is very cool. The bird over the shed, the lighting (love that dark, dramatic lighting), the color, the composition. I wish I had half the talent you have for landscape and building shots.

Wonderfully dark and moody Mark...very atmospheric and menacing... Love the skies (have t find something new to say about them!) and composition. The angle of the shed leads the eye perfectly to the horizon. Great use of rule of thirds too with the corner of the shed and roofline neatly falling on the magic lines (or vry close to them). And then the gull soaring finishes it off... wonderful!

Mark, this is an incredible shot. There is absolutely nothing I don't like about it, the convoluted, menacing sky; the creamy ocean, the colours, the shed.
