nice one mark....that reflected light looks great! B&W seems to have been a wise choice here....really a lovely result.

Just amazing light
the gnarly textures of this art deco thing really set off by your grid

Jim, the light was bouncing back and forth between mirrored and glass buildings. Thanks!

Thank you. Oddly, when I took the photo, I did so only reluctantly. It didn't really appeal to me until I went to channel mixer in photoshop and made it a b/w monochrome. then...wow.

Kevin,
Oh no, I love to hear how you'd do it differently. In fact, I'm going to crop it and see how it looks your way. I like the sky....but only in B/W w/ this red fiilter. Otherwise it would be best if there was a stormy sky.

Mark, me again -- don't want the tone of my comment to imply that I did not like your image, I do, alot. We all see the world thru different eyes...K

Very nice - the rfelections are really nice -- me, I would have left out the sky and concentrated on the buildings only for a more abstract and graphic view - great BW tones..K

This photograph is truly amazing! I adore the over casting ominous shadows that are portrayed on the buildings and how the observer feels the immensity of the structures in itself. Fabulous!
