Ah, it is he of the deep voice! :) Now that I see this more recent picture of him, it doesn't seem so odd - I was still picturing the voice with little Sean. He's not a kid any more!
This is a nice portrait - filling the frame while giving him room to look into, no harsh shadows, but enough soft ones to model his face nicely. Maybe a little sharpening?
