I just opened this in PS and realized you were using Adobe 1998 color space - a dramatic difference over this horrible web RGB image. I think that is why people think it is dark. needless to say, remember to convert your photo to RGB before posting - the web works though the RGB space and the colors are duller.
Here is the RGB converted profile: I masked the woman seperately and used levels, and I brightened the corner.

it seems it suffers of a little lack o lightening... but I thinks that's what called my attention... there isn't just light explosion, the light gradient makes it much more dramatic...

I love the contrast of the red and the yellow!

I think her face needs a little more light though.

Hello Pawel .. Amazing portrait . the yellow and red along with her hair add on to the sensous effect. Why a dark triangle on the top left ?? Anyways great job done !!!
