Do you know something, Carsten? You're absolutely right!! How perceptive of you to notice my mistake!! The image was actually taken with my 70-300 at full stretch! Good spot!! Best regards, Chris

A very good composition, and a beautiful scenery of course. Strange you shot this with the 18-70, looks really like a longer tele perspective Regards; Carsten

The weight of this composition is interesting being that most of the intrigue is on the right, yet the field on the left having less interest is actually a resting area allowing my eye to progress to the top of your image resting again on the homes. It has a very successful off center unconventional composition that works very well.

An image of great interest, an image where you stop and enjoy each and single corner, it has a variety of vantage points, start from fore to the background, a beauty country side capture done with excellent pro arrangement. Fabulous. Saeed

I'm enjoying this series. I can imagine some of the vocabulary giving you problems, though. "Rotate clockwise 90 degrees" should be fairly easy... Did you actually crop this as a small area from a larger image? It seems slightly less sharp than many of your shots.

Another good one for the series. Vivid colours and strong composition with the road rolling at the field's side.
Take care Fabio.

Hi Dave, Thanks for your kind and consistent comments! Believe me, Cadbury Castle was a photographer's paradise!! The line you're referring to on the right side of the frame is actually a narrow country road, taking you past the house at the top. Best regards, Chris

That castle is an excellent vantage point, Chris! You're making very good use of it for these beautiful scenic shots. Nice composition here with the buildings and is that a canal or small creek running up the right hand side. Dave.
