Thanks Michele, yes it is difficult but you know how us restaurant people are. We love it and the hard work is what keeps us going. It does tend to take away from my photo taking at times though:)

Nice composition, Jim! I like the way the horizon and shorline form the angle, with the muted colours in between! The uprights of the tree stumps add interest.
