If you would please be so kind as to download the photo and do as you suggest, I would greatly appreciate seeing the outcome. I am not good with black and white as I have a vision stigma which prevents me from seeing the contrasts clearly. I tend to overcompensate and the end result is not so good.

hi joann,though the composition is different and i like the perspective, there is nothing that really captures your attention in the picture. i'd say convert to black and white and then play with contrast in PS.
