Those tire marks are the results of a young boy losing control of his car and crashing into that telephone poll, killing a passenger in the rear....the driver and side passenger remain in critical condition

I agree partially with Evangelos, but i'd keep everything the way it is, but crop out most of the right side, so that you end up with a square. Just another possibility. As it is, it's very good, not needing any changes.
Very nice shot, wondering why nobody told you about it. As a suggestion: Move closer, use a wider lens if possible and eliminate most of the area to the right. Another idea is to get on your knees in order to bring the cross to your eye level.
