Nice work with the canvas effect, Don.
I'm not sure the stem adds to much to this shot, so maybe a close up of the flower with that excellent macro lens of yours would have had a little more impact.

YOu ought to be teaching PS in your spare time ! Lovely example of the lupine, It will be awhile here. Still in the 50's and 60's though so snow is gone, in fact heard Thunder last night.
