God! Very strong and full of emotion image.

Even if we know that poverty and diseases are the result of only some people's actions and that many others are figthing against it, that doesn't absolve as from guilt and we should be ashamed as specie, because most of the people do nothing.

But, as long as people like you still exist, there is hope. Keep on going on and doing this great job.

Thanks...

Dear Umut,
Thanks very much for the nice comment, this picture has been taken during a "Polio Vaccination Campaign", so yes there is hope, at least with these drops we are trying to eradicate the Polio virus.

Best regards
Philip

Imageopolis Featured Photo Critique At first I thought that your "small boy" is the best because I felt the pain in the depths of my soul.I felt like crying. But then, "Two drops"...There is still pain but I can feel the clemency of the hands on the child's face. There is still a huge question that is not answered yet. Would that Two Drops be enough for survival?

I really like the composition of your photo, although the child's face may express pain, the hands around it show care and give hope.
