About Originally taken in color and changed to black and white using PSP, I think it makes it hard to tell what it is. It's a strawberry! Im pretty pleased with the detail I got, but am open to any suggestions to make it better.

Excellent tonal range and detail! Don't change a thing. You could add a gradient to the upper left for a more dramatic look, but only slightly.
