I ran your maxim by a couple of people, who looked baffled...But I rather like it...'We remember in B & W until we concentrate on colours...'

My playground was very similar Len. There was a canal and also a couple of railway lines and the activity on the railways won out in the competition for our attentions.
B/W is surely the way to go for these shots. I always maintain that basically we remember in B/W until we concentrate on colours.
Very moody shot, I love it.
