The moon app = 1/750 sec , f 5.6 Focal length = 360 mm ( Nikkor 80-400 VR ) RAW format
The sprout app = 0,5 sec ,f 4 Focal length= 90 mm ( Tamron 90 mm macro) JPG format fine
I have used a pin light with the lens almost covert with black tape fore lighting the sprout.
