I actually like the photo as is. I find it to be a unique portrait. The yellow chair really adds to the composition as a whole. Nice work!

how do I do it...well...it depends...never in studio..sometimes I ask to take the photo...only with one model...most of the times I just do it...sometimes I take some risks...most of the times no...the camera is important ..that rotative screen is fantastic...

Thanks for the note Luke. Yes, focus is soft; am having difficulties with AF on the D70. Yes again as it relates to the face, I blew it out unintentionally and unable to correct in ps. Check your pm tonight pls.

This shot should never be anything better but in colors as it is my friend. Great choice of the background and nice frame! The model face is pretty but she is giving you a poker face. I will give you 7+ for your great work. Cheers.

Isaac...your focus seems kind of soft. There is a place on her left cheek that seems overexposed and then too much shadow on the other side. how about a reflector just off camera view on the right and a bit more DOF. it seems the main focal area is at or about her knees rather than her eyes.
