Indeed there are a lot of unburnt fuels and dioxins, but have to suggest that the great majority is simple steam.

Canada is following the Kyoto Accord, and the demands as mild as they may be... will get stronger... meanwhile somehow the drivers of cars etc need their fuels... a Greater concern to this Global Viallage is actually the growth in China & India from emissions of coal etc... as they industrialize...
