Nice composition.
I would be very tempted to crop that bit of fencing off the bottom. It disturbs the clean lines of the tower.

Great shot in B&w !! I love the detail in the tower from bottom to top... the side lighting is great to see and add a different dimension .. although it's a pity to have the screen at the bottom, you still got a very nice shot !!
