Thanks Peter! I sometimes do use Neat for images taken with ISO200 and up but I do not find slight high-frequency (after resize) noise too distracting.

Good macro Domjan!!! Good composition and non distrackting background. A bit noisy, but this is normal on a small sensor camera ( i have a g5,and this noise is also visible from about iso 100 and up). Have you ever tried neat image software ( removes noise)? I tried it on your photo, and i played with contrast and colors in photoshop.......i hope you like it!

Very nice macro Domjan. Wonderful glowing shield colors. Would like to have seen a little more DOF to have the antenna's of the beetle in focus also, but nevertheless very good work....best regards, Harry
