I like it, the single gull gives the feeling of the lonliness of the sea and the eye knows what to look at. Nice cloning work too!

I love the earthy brown tones of the rocks and the deep green of the sea. I agree with James that it would be better if the other gull weren't there, but you can't exactly do anything about that.

The gull is positioned well in the frame siiting on the third but it's a shame his friend is there as he distracts the eye a little. Good exposure and good choice of shooting angle to fill the background with the sea...creates a great background I think.
