Sean, I see what you mean, the snow does look a bit gray, played with the contrast in PS and I guess thats what caused it to go gray.

tri-x is so awesome. good tones in the feather but the snow looks just a bit gray. around the tip of the feather it seems just a bit soft but that could just be the scan. i like the low angle.
