About	The north wind doth blow, and we shall have snow, And what will poor robin do then, Poor thing? He'll sit in a barn, to keep himself warm, And hide his head under his wing, Poor thing! (The north Wind doth Blow) Heckscher Farm The Heckscher Farm is a living resource for learning. Here school children and families make personal connections to a not-so-distant past when farming was a major way of life in the region. Through observation, exploration, and participation, visitors can immerse themselves in the experiences of farming. They will understand our dependence on the natural environment to produce food and products that we need to survive and thrive.
