Cheers Nidge,
I'm convinced that my flat monitor is brighter than most in the world, it looks dark here at work!
I've been trying to repliucate some guy called Andy's style - he's andytvcams on www.ephotozine.co.uk - and he has amazing shots that are as dark as this one really.
like the colours you've got with the dodge tool - almost turquoise in the foreground.
Cheers
Ade

Very nice perspective shot, Ade, coupled with a very forboding sky. Trying to get a dramatic sky without underexposing the foreground can often rely on the position of the planets and stuff :-)As other's have commented it is a little dark. Hope you don't mind but I had a play (as you do). I essentially dodged the sky and the foreground to bring out some of the detail, then adjusted the red and blue curves to bring out the detail in foreground path. Very rushed as I'm trying to do a million and one jobs before going to work :-(
Regards
Nidge.

Maybe a bit too dark, but I like composition and depth of the photo.
