Normally pretty good photo but there is a problem with the light. On the one side the face of the saleswoman is not visible and on the second side the withe papers on the top are overxposed with the sun. I could propose here some little different composition, maybe from the lower angle and use of fill-in flash to fill the dark places with the light.

Nice street portrait Philip. The subject does appear to be taking it easy. It is too bad the person in the background was not exposed, is there anyway you can bring light into this shot? Perhaps levels in PS on that section. Nice relaxing image.
