Yes, llker, you're right: "A good photo needs true time and true place".But it's need a good eyes and artistic feeling too. Your picture is Great! Very good composition and excellent lighting.

Thanks for your thought Tarek. I'm not good at English, but I try. In my country, we say to fishermen "rasgele". This is a good wish them to fish abundantly. It means good luck. In my dictionary "by chance" is determined as equivalent of rasgele.
But I was really lucky that morning. I'm a doctor, I had finished my night duty at my hospital placed on an island. And foggy, cloudy morning was waiting me. A good photo needs true time and true place, doesn't it?
"rasgele" to you for works...
