This is a great photo - you've got the white balance spot on - it looks as though it is actually here in front of me, and the focus on the eye is super. With such exciting things to photo, I'm not surprised cats take a back seat!

We meet on the second Wednesday of every month at 19h00 for 19h30 at the Somerset library. I would need your email address to send you a copy of their last newsletter - will give you an idea. You can send directly to my Yahoo address at Bryan8k9@yahoo.com and I will respond with it attached - if you like...

Oh - seems like you are from Gordons bay. Have you been to the Helderberg Photographic Society - I have just recently joined. Some really good photographers there - and a great learning (and humbling) experience. Highly recommended.

Oh my goodness down the road. :-) Maybe a few of us should get together and do a "photo day" go places one couldn't go alone and snap click to our hearts content?

Wow! This is one of the most awesome nature photos I've ever saw. This little fellow looks as if he is ready to jump right off the screen. Truly a great capture. Regards, Dwight

Very interesting subject, nicely done. Like the DOF and the detail in his eye. Excellent capture.

Great image! Your point of focus is perfectly on the eye and I like the choice of a shallow depth of field to start blurring the body, only keeping the head in sharp focus. The level of detail is great, as is the colours! Thanks
