Steve, I've waited for him to swoop down on me if I get too close but he's more interested in the nest with momma and baby in it. If I get too close to her nest she starts squawking and he comes to her rescue but never swooping at me. They amazing creatures. Thanks for your comment. Marilyn

Great capture Marilyn, perhaps he is eyeing up the camera - I just hope he doesn't see a reflection of himself or the feathers will be flying ;-)
