Interesting to see the cold in the context of the town - even the added warmth from all the concrete and paving can't keep that water fluid! I like the little buildings in the background above the bridge.

Very picturesque with that nice little bridge. I like how the waterway leads way back to that white building in the distance. Nicely composed.

Very good cityscape! COlors, light and details are great. Using the waterway as a lead was a great idea. You should frame this one and hang it! P.S. Must be awful cold for running water to freeze!
