About	shot indoor in the evening isa 800 1/60s at f2.5. No crop no ps. last week got my tamron 28-75mm f2.8 but canon 50mm 1.8 is much better in my opinion.

Cute, Paul. I imagine the 50 mm is better for portraits. You will enjoy the 28-75 more when you take landscape pix. Thanks for sending me the info on lag times of different cameras. It was news to me! They are all still much better than the first digital cameras. I still like the d70- but the Canon's price may be too hard for me to pass up!
