We only have one mother, and when she's gone nothing can ever be the same. Very delicate, nostalgic and beautiful picture. Excellent play of colours. A lot of calligraphic interest. I also like the negative scratching, if that's what it is. It reminds me of ice at a skating rink, the sweeping marks left by skate blades.
