This photo would definitely be the best in "my portfolio" ENJOY THE SILENCE..but fortunately it's yours:every time I watch your photos of this kind I can't but love the neat colours, the composition and in this case also the great emotional intensity that floating piece of wood shines around. Great indeed.

James, the only thing I have done to this image is to slightly lighten the foreground to show the log a bit more and to increase the amount of red in the overall image. Oh, and of course add frames and resize...LOL!!

Yes indeed power of silence Judi. That is a fantastic shot with keeping the sun to the left edge allowing the sun ray to reflect over the water from such an angle. Certainly a great seascape my dear friend! Cheers.

Beautiful water Judi - the water in the foreground looks very like mercury! Fabulous sky, colours and composition. I like the log in the foreground that adds interest to the foreground and provides an initial point of focus. The clouds look amazing too! Well done Judi!
