About Taken after a strong storm brought freezing rain, which coated everything with a thick sheet of ice.

Multi-composite panoramic, contrast, brightness adjusted in PS. Actual size 150 dpi is 1 foot high by 3 feet wide.

Wish I could post some of the ice detail.

Very beautiful panorama Michael, I like how the colors fade from warm on the left to cold on the right, very nice one!

ppdix:

Yes, you are 100% right. A lot of my shots are taken quickly - like this one where I ran out of my car on a freezing cold day an the way to work. I shot this by hand just off the highway and as a result I get curvature. The wide angle only makes the curvature more pronounced when you are not EXACTLY level due to a vertical vanishing point.

Every shot taken with a tripod has turned out really well - no seams in the stitch but in some instances I don't have time to set up the tripod so I have to guess.

Very nice pano.

I also do some panoramic images and I am wondering why your horizon line is not straight...

Maybe the tripod wasn't leveled?

Cheers
